Hartlepool Confirmed that Kevin Phillips is the new head coach on Saturday afternoon. The former Sunderland striker replaces John Askey who was sacked following defeat against Oldham on the 30th of December. Kevin will be assisted by Tony Sweeney and Lennie Lawrence.
