IHEANACHO TO PANATHINAIKOS?

Panathinaikos appear to be targeting the acquisition of Keletsi Iheanatso, with Sevilla open to the possibility of letting him go. The Nigerian striker, who is out of plans in Seville, is a transfer target of the Greek team, which, according to information from “relevo”, has expressed its interest in acquiring him. However, so far, there has been no official proposal to the Spanish club.

Sevilla, for their part, appear willing to facilitate the player’s departure, with the sole aim of getting rid of his hefty contract. The possibility of Iheanacho leaving on a free transfer is considered the most realistic scenario, as the club have already informed the footballer that he is not in their plans since the end of last year.

Iheanacho’s performance in Andalucia has not lived up to expectations, which puts even more weight on his presence as he is one of the highest-paid players of the summer transfer window. Despite initial hopes, the Nigerian striker was unable to cement his place in the team and disappeared from the game at the end of last year.
