Pools picked up a solid point against high flying Barnet at the Prestige Group stadium yesterday.
Despite Barnet being on top for majority of the game, Pools defended well and with the help of out of form Brad Young who pulled off some fantastic saves Pools were able to hold out for a point and clean sheet.
The flash point of the game was a disallowed goal from Nicke Kabamba in the 80th minute with the Former Poolie judged to have fouled Brad Young. Personally I thought it was harsh on the Bees but I won’t complain.
Pools host Tamworth next in the FA Trophy while Barnet host Aveley.
